Went to PMC Megamall last Saturday. If I remember correctly, the saleslady said $25 iTunes card is around P1670 and $50 is P3200ish...

(OT: I kinda got offended when she gave me a weird look/smile on her face when i told her I was just asking and will just come back to buy...hay! some people need to learn good customer service or at least be friendly naman. You'll never know when I'll be back to buy something from your store.)

But I ended up buying from Longbeard. Buti nalang he still had some on hand.

If I went to the US and bought a bunch of iTunes cards at retail prices, I would add a premium too.

The fact is, iTunes cards are for the US market only and anyone who sells them here acquires them at retail prices. You can't expect them to sell with zero profit.

Hi Enuhski, if he does replay could you share it with us here in the forums? I'm also interested in finding another source of iTMS besides PowerMac.

And that is why Pinoy Mac users gather in places like Philmug to find a way to circumvent that. :)

...legally no, but technically no problem since you're going to pair it anyway with a U.S. iTunes account. Good thing Apple is not using IP filtering to block non-U.S. IP addresses. Just press affirmative to the T.O.S. (Apple's way to cover its ass).

    go ahead. have fun.

this has been tackled before. Use Philmug's search function................but, just borrow a relative's U.S. address to create your "U.S. iTunes Account," and redeem the iTune gift card. Take note that there are lots of iTunes gift card that were procured then resold using fradulent means. iTunes tracks those and, if you get caught, they'll block your account.
