    seesmic and aduimx for my mac
    twittelator pro for my iphone
    seesmic and tweetcaster and twidroid on my moto milestone

    among many twitter client tested, only twittelator pro shows attached image on the twit.

    For web based client I use Brizzly, for desktop application I use Seesmic and Tweetdeck.
