    Hi,

Just wanna ask if there's a software or photoshop/illustrator plug-in that automatically vectorizes an image, saving the trouble using the pen tool.. something like that.

    Thanks.

    HI CruciaL,
The continuous tone on the skin was filtered using Posterize in Photoshop. The hair details, lips, specs lens were traced in Illustrator. I believe you can't go wrong with the Adobe apps. Also, these illustrations, even if they look simple, took some steps in either apps to achieve the effect, just as Rome wasn't built in a day as they say. :)

Adobe Illustrator - has native bitmap conversion tool called Livetrace.

There's an old third party raster image conversion tool called Panocticum Vectorizer
