Mm...not really in my case. The distance that I hold my iPads (9.7 and 12.9) in bed mode and my iPhone is the same. Mm...I tried the Samsung VR thing. No joy. The tech has years to go before VR becomes a compelling experience. Maybe 5 to 10 years more. VR has been on my radar since Lawnmower Man back in the 1990s.
I'm just using those cheap headsets (like those you'll find from Miniso). It's the only time when I need a 2k device... I only use it when viewing photos/videos taken from my 360 cam
Xr hands down. The screen is the only "major" difference and it'll fade into the background when you use it. Real life issues like battery life and speed is where you should concern yourself and the Xr is quickly becoming a very very promising candidate for stamina awards if you ask me. Remember, it's battery life is even better than Xs Max.
Mm..a preview comparison: I think the Xr would be the perfect gift for your kids or your parents, now that you’ve upgraded to the Xs Max, this gift giving season.
I've been checking this thread and the one for iPhone Xs/iPhone Xs Max - at this point, I think I'd go for a Product Red iPhone Xr. I really just might after I hopefully sold my iPhone 7 Plus. Shouldn't feel like a downgrade right?
Mm...I don’t think so. With the Xr, you gain a bigger screen size, better screen, face i.d., the latest processor which is the A12 Bionic which is twice as fast as the A10, slightly better battery capacity, wireless charging. You will lose dual lens for the back camera (of the 7 Plus). It is definitely an upgrade. And you have a wider choice of colors.

Mm...if you are not in a hurry, wait for the demo units to arrive before deciding. The Xr will be released first in the priority markets. PH will be last.

Ah... This is much like the pricing of Starbucks. Why not add a little more to get the taller drink? In this case, just add PhP3,000 to double the capacity of our basic unit? ehehehe.
His thoughts and facts about the iPhone XR are very valid. In fact, I think that the XR will be Apple's best new* iPhone these past years. Definitely worth pondering about. XR, it's your time to shine now.
