The iPhone 12 Pro & 12 Pro Max is here. Now with a new Graphite & Pacific Blue Color. And also, 5G. Will you be getting the Pro or the Pro Max?
No charger tho. I can understand the earphones, but not including a charger? What if I didn't have a MacBook? Or any other usb-c adapter?
They should've changed the port to usb-c as well instead of lightning. It's been 8 years. Time for change.
Damn that ugly notch again. 3 years and Apple has yet to figure out how to get rid of that ugly unibrow. Seems like Apple took the day off this year. I don’t see any significant improvements that might compel an iPhone 11 user to upgrade. And yeah I’ll never ever use a phone that expensive to any of my drones.
Hmm. No charger? While most Android OEMs nowadays are boasting of superfast charging, the likes of Xiaomi (26 mins full charge )and Oppo ( 31 mins full charge) Apple opted to not include the charger. Don’t mean to rant folks but this is extremely disappointing. Baka next time pati yung box hindi kasama. QUOTE="jaijin, post: 1544020, member: 18467"]No charger tho. It's fine if they retained the charger to USB-A. But they changed it to USB-C so majority of non-iPhone 11 users will have to BUY USB-C charger, therefore, not saving environment. Sana next year nalang sinabi yung saving the environment.
I think they’ll go wireless than switch to usb-c for the iphones. That’s what rumors are saying. They’re also making you spend more for the 20W usb-c charger to make the most out of the usb-c to lightning cable in the box.
I personally prefer a multiport USB charger that can power my Macbook, iPhone, iPad and Watch at the same time than pay for a single port USB charger that I will not use. My guess is that Apple noticed this as well through user surveys.
mm....I have not used the Apple charger since the iPhone 7. With iPads, an Android mini tablet, iPhone, power banks, Apple Watches, Astell & Kern digital audio players, Sony DAPs etc., I use an Anker charging station with USB C (am a huge fan) for superior convenience. The original Apple chargers remains stored in the box.
This is what I use that is somewhat "slow charges" 90W can charge Macbook Pro 16" that maxs out at 97W 18W can charge iPad Pro that maxs out at 30W 12W can charge iPhone that maxs out at 20W 12W can charge Watch that maxs out at 5W. Very useful when traveling where airports and rooms only have 1 outlet Before I wanted it to charge all devices at full power but there's something to be said about small & light charging. Would be nice if the charger could also act as a data port hub as well.
First 100,000 units for either telco will probably arrive between December 1-24. PH is a secondary market for Apple. They have better volume in countries with actual Apple Stores like HK, SG & Bangkok
Nice. Good timing. Up for retention with Smart on March. And my MacBook brick has some other use. But that magsafe charger is tempting. I hope it supports fast charging for Sammy phones.
If rumors are true. That notch will be smaller next year (it ill be very disappointing to see the same notch for more than 3 years -> X, 11 and now the 12)
I'm honestly surprised with the reaction on the missing charger... Last time I used an Apple charger was with my iPad 2! iPhone/iPad chargers that came in the box are crazy slow and unbelievably big!
I wonder how the Greenhills folks and early adopters will get their first dibs this time. Before, it was as simple as flying to HK and back, but now, mandatory quarantine is still in effect for all international passengers, right?
