    hello!

Need help. Macbook pro mid-2009 is not charging nor powering on. The magsafe indicator is only green dim light and there's no light in the batrery indicator on the left side. Any idea what's causing the problem?

    Thanks!

battery might be dead or there's something wrong with your charger. the magsafe light indicator should be orange when it's charging. green to indicate that the battery is full or not charging.

better bring it to an authorized service center for a proper diagnostic.

even if the battery's dead, it should power on if plugged in. so the charger could be the problem. first thing i'd do is borrow another charger and try it again.

Have you tried pressing the eject and power button at the same time?
