Hi All, I am looking for a spare mac mini power cord and my googling skills led me to believe that the mac mini uses a standard power cord C7 unpolarized (also called V8). My question is this - does the apple tv use the same power cord?

I am planning on using the apple tv power cord for my mac mini. The intent is so i could just bring the mac mini without the cables and use it in my mom's house where there is already an apple tv. thus reusing the hdmi cable and power cord of the apple tv.

the mac mini cables are already organised to be hidden out of view and would be difficult to get out.

    Yes they're similar.

I also saw similar cords being sold in CDRKing shops.
