    ^my iPhone is included in the program, just wondering how long will they take to repair each iPhones ? (Can't do without my phone for too long)

    how? just bring to service center? it takes how long? do they have to open the phone and replace it?

    Hmm can i avail of the replacement even if my sleep/wake button isnt malfunctioning? Just for preventive measures :)

    My iphone is included. Mine is functioning well but it is a bit loose. Can that be repaired?

    Might as well ask the service center itself, did apple mention a period or deadline for the replacement program?

    ^from my past experience getting my apple products repaired, they do not ask for proof of purchase

    ano ba particular ba un faulty sa power button? mine is eligible.. but never had complain about the sleep/wake button.. or baka im just tolerating it?

    i had my iphone 5 replaced (whole phone) late last year due to a faulty power button. the problem was: the button responds when pressed on the half right side/edge, and responds 1 in 3 on the half left side/edge. when pressed in the middle, it works 1 in 2

    All along i thought it was just my tech 21 case or was just being picky! I wonder how long it would take

    I went to bhurn and joy for this one a couple of months back. It would be great if the phone's still eligible for the replacement.

    Had the same issue with my iPhone 5 before. The button will only respond if you click the right side of it. Good thing I was able to sell it to one store in Greenhills. It is such a pain!

    Your iPhone 5 must be in working order to qualify for this program.
    If you believe you have paid for a replacement due to this issue, contact Apple regarding a refund.
    This worldwide Apple program does not extend the standard warranty coverage of the iPhone.
    The program covers iPhone 5 models for 2 years after the first retail sale of the unit.
