Looks the PLUS part is for SIM-Only plans. No real changes, same difference between SIM-Only and regular thePLAN.
i think the bonus value is permanent (eg The Plan+599) + 200 value unlike sa original The Plan where it is only good for 6 months.
Thats good. As far as I remember, fine print of the original line only plan shows for first 6 months only.
I am having trouble with Globe's Cellular Data - it's like I am consuming twice the amount of data compared to 2017 and I didn't change my usual routine. I barely last with the monthly 12 GB ever since I switched to iPhone X and ThePlan. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I observed the same thing. I am subscribed to 16GB and I was surprised this month that my data was put on hold for using the entire 16GB before my cut-off date. This was the first time that it happened to me since 2011.
If I may also chime in on this, my old plan had just 6GB of data, but I was never able to go over it. Now, after recontracting and downgraded my data to 5.5GB (and getting an 8plus), my browsing gets put on hold around 10-12 days before the end of my billing period. I have the same browsing habits as when I was on my old plan, so I’ve no idea why, and calling customer service about it is also a waste of time because all they’ll do is let out a nervous (forced) laugh and say “Ay, opo... over na po kayo ng limit.”
I can't concur on this. DataMan and GlobeOne's data calculation have been both reliable and accurate. There's a small margin of error but that is due to my free Facebook bundled with my plan. Maybe check with DataMan and also try to use Apple's cellular data manager thing?
I have My Data Mgr app that's why I was surprised when I my data mobile was put on hold when it showed that I was barely over 10GB of my 16GB allocation.
Mine also increased. I assumed they are more prudent in counting data now versus before where some apps' data usage was not counted towards ng allowance (FB, Spotify). Previously I'll have 3GB rollover data at the end of my cycle, now I'm left with 1GB and 10 days to go.
Use iPhone’s built-in data usage tracker. That way you can see which specific apps take up most of your usage. Just set a reminder every month on your cut-off date to reset it. Then compare the reading between that and your bill.
i never run out of data. unless youre watching too much videos online then your data allocation is being used up.
after 6 months it's really charge to bill pero pwede mo gawing kasama sa plan mo Netflix bundle less mo lang sa consumable amount mo.
