as Kim gave Jen another iPad, the scam victim became Kim. 2 iPads for the price of 1, may be Kim has the waybill & SN of the iPad, more possibility to catch the scammer now.

It was still a bad experience regardless of outcome. Besides, the thread is being used by other Muggers to share their unpleasant experience

thread should be renamed Your Kimstore Experience since there are posts that are not bad and reporting good experience - just to be fair.

i think Kim decided to settle with Jen because her company is taking sort of a beating here - bad publicity.

If this happened to someone who isn't tech-adept this probably would not have been resolved. Kung hindi masyadong kamahalan 'yung purchase at hindi dumating, malamang papalampasin na lang ng customer after trying (and failing) to contact Kimstore. And about the negative publicity and eventually the settlement with Jen brought about by this whole thing, I refuse to feel bad for a millionaire.

"Baka makalusot at hindi maghabol si Ms. Jen , sayang ang refund. Kaso nag habol, sige bigay ko na lang."
I'm happy for you Jen. :)

No need for this comment. It's plain assumption. We're happy Jen had a settlement.
