    where can i get something like this? i need one for my iphone so can i hook it up to my car radio.

    if it's 3.5mm to 3.5mm, it's not an adaptor; just an extender. :D

    did you really want male-to-female or male-to-male? don't worry, i won't sexually discriminate. ;)

    checked ACE hardware, they don't have them. CDRking branches are out of stock. oh well thanks anyways

    i think what you want is a male-to-male adaptor. as rbenzon points out, the item in your picture is just an extender.

    i forget where i got mine, but i have two of them--one generic, the other belkin. try the electronics and stereo shops.

    Male 3.5 to male 3.5 cords are available pretty much at any Ace Hardware, DIY, TruValue store.
