Hi, since i got some problem downloading Yosemite on Appstore and considering a large downloadable file for an update, Im looking for a USB installer for Yosemite, is there anyone having a USB installer or is it possible to install through USB? Thanks!

To be able to create a USB installer for Yosemite, you will still need to download Yosemite from the App Store. Your best bet will be to find another guy with a Mac who has already downloaded the Install OS X Yosemite.app. Once you've acquired a copy, there's a hidden tool inside it called "createinstallermedia" where you can create a bootable USB.

I have a USB installer just made yesterday for a friend who reinstalled OSX. If you want to make your own you need to download Yosemite and use DiskMakerX with a USB drive (at least 8gb).

I can let you borrow the drive with the installer or make you one if you provide the USB drive.

    it will work.

Why not use El_capitan instead? but in my opinion mavericks operates better on your machine. as long as your apps are still compatible.

if your around Valenzuela may be you can drop by i'll be more than happy to share my el_capitan installer or mavericks.
