I have this silly problem whenever someone tries to view my webcam when I'm using my Macbook. My webcam would work perfectly fine (on the viewers end) then after 3 minutes, it will automatically turn into "stopped" on the viewers end. Help! Has anyone experienced this?:slanted: Haven't tried chatting with a Mac installed YM user though.
Resurrecting a really old thread. It's a little frustrating that it's been 2 years, and yet the problem has not been addressed by Yahoo yet. *sigh*
YM's problems has been ongoing since pre-intel days I've e-mailed Yahoo numerous times but to no avail... Was wondering if they would exercise more on the Mac side since transferring to Intel based chips and Apple gaining more popularity....but still no... Good thing is that the Yahoo one Connect on the iPod touch doesn't mirror that of the Messenger on Mac.... Did they ever release a non-beta version for the Mac? Can't really recall...
This has been going on for quite sometime. Just today, YM crashed on me thrice (!) while using my webcam. If only Adium had webcam support.
