I wonder what will be Sony's answer to this? PS3 is really going down the drain this time.

Awesome. If this works right, fighting and sports games will be great work outs!

What I like this device is it will be accessory to the Xbox 360. Instead of coming up with a new Xbox hardware (which is expensive), MS considered this hardware as an accessory. Good move!

Nice demo. Impressive to say the least but this is the same company that gave us the "3 red rings" . I would've bought a xbox360 if it weren't for that failure and now I am less confident about buying the products they churn out.

Also this is like Zune all over again.

just an update for Xbox fans and would-be fans.......hit the announcement trailer for PN at the Xbox official website:

    http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/projectnatal/

This is awesomely cool and it is definitely revolutionary..............no stupid controllers, voice recognition, face recognition, full body motion capture....wow........makes me want to seriously consider console gaming. No more stupid controller keys with tons of keystrokes to memorize. Gizmodo did some arithmetic on the cost of the controllers and other gadgets for the Wii, PS3 Move (Sony's answer to Wiimote and Natal) and the Xbox with Natal. Xbox/Natal is the least costly system to buy.

Woah! the Yoda gesture at the end of the trailer (to control Zune movies). Luv it....

    galing!

i hope this is true. when the wii came out, it was priced waaay much cheaper than both the ps3 & xbox. although many doubted its success, we all know that both sony & MS eventually found themselves hanging on for dear life ;)

Project Natal was renamed sa 'Kinect'

i dont care if it sounds ugly (the said the same thing to wii) as long as there are good games.

The PlayStation 3 also has something up it's sleeve: the "PlayStation Move" - link.

It's nice to see companies making more accessories to increases the life of the console.

In the end though, it's really gonna be the battle between the Xbox 360 with Project Natal and the PlayStation 3 with the PlayStation Move.

Some people even says that the PlayStation Move is gonna' be a revamped version of the Wii. But let's see. :)

PS3 Move and xbox Kinect both looks awesome, and I think each will have something new to offer..but I wonder what will happen to the wii... Kinect beats wii on the user's need of buying multiple controllers and Playstation Move would be like wii on steroids esp. with ps3's HD capability, which wii has yet to support..
