    Hello everyone, new member here.
Do you guys know where is the best store to buy a brand new MBP 2017 13in with a 16GB RAM (BTO) for a good price? 16GB for future proofing and because I work with large datasets (bioinformatics) for my work.

I'm currently leaning towards these shops lately:
    A. BosJap Shop from GH. (Can anyone vouch for this?) I think the products are from the grey market but is 10-20K cheaper than APRs. Will I not have problems if I try to buy an Applecare from APRs or Apple Online Shop?

    B. Chrisgadgets from TPC (same reason from above)

    C. Might take me a long time but maybe wait for a relative to come home from the US and magpabili na lang sa kanya.

Or are there any APRs who sells BTO 13in MBP 2017 at a good price? Thank you. This will be my first big purchase and first Apple product kaya I'm medyo clueless about this.

    Thank you!

P.S. This is my first time to post and I don't know if I posted in the right thread or if it's appropriate to name drop non-APRs so I'd definitely appreciate it if someone tells me of some guidelines that I violated.

You can order BTO from the Online Apple Store Philippines. That is where I get my BTO Macs all the time. :)

In my experience when it comes to BTO prices of the resellers and the Philippine Online Store are just the same.

I have dealt with BosJap before, outstanding fellow but buying second hand Apple laptops requires some experience to properly asses the unit. Most of the time I recommend beginners to buy news but if they want to save I suggest you check the serial number of the unit and see if it is still within warranty. Also if you are OC second hand is not the way to go because most units have bumps and scratches.

You can check it online here:

Alright. I guess, Apple store is really the way to go. Haha. I was hoping for something cheaper sana (yep, typical Pinoy cheapskate mentality lol) for the same item pero mukhang hindi sya readily available sa grey market.

    Thank you Sir Ryan! :)

Hi, sorry for making this thread active again, just want to ask if chrisgadgets' (TPC) items are legit (not refurbished or something)? I'm looking to buy a new MBP soon and his price are good compared mall stores and even with the online seller that I know. TIA

PMC BTB or try sending email inquiry to other Authorized Premium Resellers.

Same question as ericb, just want to ask if chrisgadgets' (TPC) items are legit as they are way lower than SRP.
