Sir, nothing will beat a home-made/-cooked pizza made by your loved one(s)! I believe that would meet all your requirements: inexpensive, option to exclude the meat, and authentic. ;)

    Added:
How would I ever forget my other favorites? Pizza Hut's Super Supreme and Shakey's Friday Special! For size, I'd order Sbarro. For quantity, I'd order Little Caesar's. Oh, and by the way, I always request for extra anchovies.

I'm getting hungry! Mods, please close/lock this thread before I crave for more! Hehe! Just kiddin'!

    I like all pizza joints!

    My favorite flavors are:

    Friday's Special by Shakey's
    Super Supreme by Pizza Hut
    Joey's Special by Magoo's
    Four Seasons by Yellow Cab
Any flavor from NYPD (New York Pizza Delivery in Podium)
    Pepperoni by Sbarro's

But the home-made, thin crust styles are always good! Like the one in Amici, Cibo, and the last one I tried in Chelsea (couresty of Arel!)

I still like Pizza Hut the best, particularly the Super Supreme Pan Pizza. Other flavors are great too!

I also like Greenwich Pizza (I can eat a double of any flavor by myself in one sitting). 3M and Lots A Pizza are good enough if I need a pizza fix but can't get to a Pizza Hut or a Greenwich.

The Belly Buster from Shakey's is good too. But I usually prefer ordering non-pizza food from Shakey's (which is ironic since IT IS a pizza place).

Yellow Cab is fine except that it's a bit too oily for me. So it's not really something I crave for. But, if someone orders it and offers it as a free treat, I won't say no. :)

Bravo's 4 cheese pizza is one of the best!

Bellini's is also really good, but it has to be the one in Marikika Shoe expo.

Oh, and NYPD in Podium. Super sarap and super sulit! Too bad they only have 1 branch.

The Pinakbet Pizza in Herencia, Paoay Ilocos Norte is surprisingly good.

When I have friends/family who visit from Manila, I always get the same reaction from them:

before: (yuck - pakbet pizza sounds weird)
after: (*curse word*, ok 'to a)

and yes, I've tried 98% of the pizzas mentioned in this thread.

    Pinakbet Pizza??!!

No matter what a lot of you say, I love Hawaiian Delight from Shakey's. Been ordering it since I was in Grade School. Hihihi

I also love 3M reminiscent of my childhood swimming days in Green Valley Country Club.

    Magoo's

    Yellow Cab Seafood Pizza

Quattro Formaggi pretty much in most places.

    My husband's paper-thin homemade pizzas.

And my mom's pan de pizza (half pandesal with tomato sauce, garlic, cheese, bell pepper.

As a matter of personal taste, I never liked my pizza chock-full of ingredients. I get this "nasusuya" feeling just by looking at one. I prefer my pizza simple yet tasty:

    - Shakey's garlic and cheese thin crust pizza
    - Yellow Cab's 4-cheese pizza or their garlic & shrimp pizza

All that's missing is a good DVD movie, and ice-cold Corona beer, hahaha...:p

Oh, 3M pizza! After-school memories of my childhood.. sigh.

yup amici is no longer run by don bosco. a private group bought them out and now runs the restaurant. it still looks the same and the food still tastes great. i don't think they'll be doing any drastic changes anytime soon since they still have a good following.

@chu: L.A. Grill? Where's that? :) Ultra-thin baked from a wood oven sounds mighty good.

Just like sabsar and johannes, I would recommend Shakey's thin crust garlic and cheese, with extra garlic & cheese. Yum! :)

Agree. Round Table Pizza at Greenbelt was my favorite pizza back in the day. It's too bad that its Greenbelt space seemed to suffer from bad feng sheui or something, as quite a few of the succeeding tenants after Round Table folded up. Anyone remember Mary's Chicken?
