    My 6+ lasts the whole day (8am-6pm 25%+ left)... and I play Clash of Clans... a lot. LTE on but on wifi most of the time.

    Hi. I'm using iPhone 6+. Got my phone 2 weeks ago. Since last full charge, usage is 4 hours, and now there's only 40% left. More or less 2 hours on Facebook, 1 hour on Instagram and 1 hour playing Hay Day (Super Cell game). Just want to ask, is this normal? I'm worried that there is something wrong with my battery. I keep on checking the battery percentage and it seems that it loses 1% every 2 minutes. BTW, brightness is at 30%.

    I'm unable to post a pic but here's what's on my iP6+ Battery Usage info in the Settings screen right now:

    Currently at 20%
    Usage = 12hrs 15mins
    Standby = 1d, 3hrs

    I'm always on 3G, WiFi and BT are always on as well

    Biggest battery user is a game (IB3) @ 53% in the last 24 hours. next is Home & Lock Screen @ 8%. So I guess if I wasn't playing so much of this game (that has no ending hehe), my battery can easily last more than 24 hours

    I don't think there's anything wrong with your 6+... its ur everyday usage you need to check. Social networking apps e.g. Facebook are proven big battery drainers and should be used minimally... if you need to check your facebook feeds.. USE the Safari browser to login to your facebook account and not to the app itself. FB app even on android itself is a big culprit in draining phone's batt. That goes likewise with Instagram.. Turnoff auto video plays as well on your FB news feeds and on Instagram.. Those uses your mobile data and equates sucking the juice more out of your phone.

    Graphic intensive games on smartphones are big suckers on your phone's battery as well. Tone it down if you must. And lastly... switch off your battery percentage bar off your phone so that you don't be too nit picky in looking to see how much battery is left on your phone... You'd be too conscious to see it more often if you have it shown always..

    FYI

    I certainly agree with this. Sometimes we always think of the battery percentage when its displayed.

    Here's my batt usage for today. Left 7:20AM at home for work. Still using it until 11:24PM the same day with 5% left. Definitely my iPhone lasts on me for a day without my powerbank. Unlike previously on my iPhone 5S, had to charge twice a day for my usual usage.

    Phone: iPhone 6
    Brightness: 50%
    Volume: Silent (w/ Vibrate)
    iOS: 8.1.1
    Connection/s:
    LTE (almost the whole duration)
    WiFi (about 2-3hrs)

    Apps used:
    FB, Instagram, YouTube, Safari, Music, FB Messenger, WeChat, App Store, Mail

    Too paranoid that I decided to reset my phone. This is what I got now:
    [IMG]

    Did not play Hay Day anymore. Brightness is at 20%. Battery percentage goes down every 3-4 minutes.
    Maybe I relied too much on this:

    Haha. Anyway, will just turn off the battery percentage.
    Thank you! :)

    Hi Guy's I wonder if you can help, Is it normal for a brandnew iphone 6 running on 8.1.3, to stuck at 99% still? even though it has been plug in the charger for roughly 8 hours already?

    Does it not charge by then to 100%?

    Try to drain your phone's battery until it turn off first then charge again.
