What is the best application in converting mpeg movie files to .vob DVD file??

    Hi guys, once again I need your help. I would like to convert my downloaded movie files (.mpeg format) to DVD files (.vob format). I really would love to watch them on my widescreen tv, haha

    I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!

    I believe Toast Titanium 9 is suitable for the task.
