Yeah, I put that on the list. The Outback though is big and I need a small car to easily fit in parking slots. The Lexus UX 200 and 200 sport looks fine. The Audi A1 Sportback looks nice too,

Subaru's out for me as a brand. Forester dropped the Turbo so it becomes another Honda or Toyota. Not that there's anything wrong with that, mind you.

Boyfriend recently got himself the 2019 Mazda CX-5 2.5L. I like the Lexus-like interior, hybrid-like no-engine idle at stop light, Lexus-like solid ride, Infinity-like exterior. What is a minus is that Mazda PH has yet to bring in the Apple Carplay into the Philippines

I was also disappointed when they didn't include a turbo variant.

Yes, big plus to Mazda as well 'cos they cover 3 years' worth of PMS service and labor! Just don't know about it's resale value after that 3-year period though.

That as well... 3 years of free maintenance. What you should look at is how the total cost of ownership minus 2nd hand selling price.

A minus for me which I just noticed is that you need to physically click on the lock and unlock button of the car fob/key unlike with Honda, Lexus and Subaru where holding or touching the door handle is sufficient enough to lock or unlock.

Another plus is the proximity sensor for front and back + reverse camera.

The door button entry is weird, indeed, that tech can be found on cheaper models like City/BRV. Might be because you still need to touch the handle anyway, might as well press the button in one swift action. as for PMS of Mazda, yes it's free but you kinda actually "pay" by accepting that resale value is lower than other cars.

That's the i-stop feature of Mazda, I actually don't use it on city driving but turn it on sometimes if traffic isn't bad. Also, lot's of Mazda 3 owners with i-stop are now using Amaron Battery that works well with i-stop engines, which is much cheaper.

Looking for a sedan to replace the old Camry. I narrowed it down to a Civic or Mazda 3 Hatchback, but I test drove an MG ZS Crossover today and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! For a vehicle that was just a thousand bucks shy of a million, it was a good, solid feeling, smooth driving, well equipped vehicle! Plus, It had apple carplay!
Right now reliability and after-sales service are what worries me about the brand. Although I will still try on the MG6, as it is a sedan i am in the market for.
Anybody here have ownership experience with MGs?

Honestly, im happier with terra's performance... imho, the ride is better, more power compared to the everest, but still, everest's steering wheel is so light compared to terra... almost the same specs, same price.

Anybody here has experience with using Hiace/Urvan for business? Like hauling cargo and products (lightweight to medium weight)? Planning to go this route instead of the usual L300/Pickup to somehow avoid being preyed on by enforcers/kotong cops.

Only drawback I see is the hauling capacity and ground clearance.

Not bad. For less than a million, you get sunroof, apple car play and cruise control. MG was acquired by a chinese firm though. You might want to check this article first before buying.
