because my MBP is 8 years old, and i kinda miss windows... or so i thought. lol Having a hard time adjusting back to windows 10, been more than 8 years since I last owned a windows device. But so far the device is great, lovin the 91% screen to body ratio and the touch screen.
I bought this in Tokyo. It works in the Philippines. It would be cheaper to buy it in the U.S., depending on your shipping options to Manila.
It's great! It's not the fastest device but decent enough to get work done when i'm out of office. Very handy. Love the keyboard and the pen. Been using the smaller iPad Pro for a long time now but it's not as useful as Surface Go when it comes to work. Surface Go is my mini computer. I just wish it has longer battery life.
Could you post pictures of your unit? How much did you buy this laptop? I was considering purchasing one, between Dell XPS 13, and I opted for Dell as the Huwawei warranty services are unavailable in the Philippine market as the laptop has yet to reach the said market.
- note 9 in uag monarch for an on-going project: - dell xps 13 9370 (devt machine) - desktop build (server for VM) - threadripper 2950x - 64gb ram - asus zenith extreme motherboard - thermaltake aio - 2pcs of 1tb 970 pro for data - 512gb apple ssd with pci adaptor for OS - 1000w psu platinum
sorry for the late reply, just got back. I bought this laptop through amazon US and had it shipped to Singapore. it cost me a little less than 91k PHP for the i7 model including shipping and taxes. Before getting this i was also considering the Dell XPS 15, as well as the 15" Microsoft Surface Book 2, the Razer Blade Stealth, and the MSI gs65 stealth but opted for this one because it looked "nicer". So far it's great, it's thin and light, battery life is amazing, i can do light gaming, 3k display + 91% screen to body ratio is just amazing. I'm also getting more used to windows 10, the only thing i miss from Mac OS is the messages app where I can reply to messages received in my iPhone.
Thanks for the suggestion but upon checking the SMS feature of Pushbullet is only available for android devices, and notification for iOS only works if you're using a mac.
Looks lovely - a hybdrid between a Macbook Pro and a Dell XPS. Truly worthy of a purchase. I wish it would get released here locally in Manila.
I’ve been wanting to purchase the Matebook X pro eversince it came out. The only thing holding me back is warranty. Also is windows 10 easy to use? I confess im a dinasaur and im still preferring win7 pro
No worries using Win10...better, faster, crispier...slay the dinosaur and go 10! Now for those who still have hair, this one is a MUST...and no gadget is better than the ol' trusty comb
Does it have that anti-static feature? Speaking of combs, I saw one that's made out of carbon fiber, almost bought it despite it's expensive pricing 'cos I'm such a sucker for the CF weave/pattern.
Bond. James Bond. The secret to stashing cleanly all your gear. Not shaken or stirred, but better than any ordinary pocket.
