Finally got my Matias Ergonomic Keyboard for my iMac. This baby came after almost two months of painful waiting because it can only be bought through pre-order in Matias' website as it is made only in limited quantities. Personally it is one the best keyboards I've use so far...much better than my old mechanical Das keyboard...yep this one is mechanical too but using silent switches, similar to Cherry MX Browns but more tactile. Very fun and very comfortable to use especially if you are a touch typist.

Love your setup Ryan. That keyboard looks really neat. Haven't seen an ergo keyboard since I used my dad's PowerMac Apple ergo keyboard. You said that the keyboard is mechanical so its clicky like your old Das keyboard? Also whats that controller in between your keyboard?

The Matias Ergo is much more quiet than the blue Cherry MX switches on the DAS. It still feels tactile but does not have an audible click. I guess its much better to use if you share space in the office. The controller in the middle is my ShuttlePro 2, basically a control knock that is very useful for video editing and occasionally editing photos.

Yep that is the MX Master mouse. I bought it when I visited Hong Kong in a store in Wang Chai. Could not find it locally. :(

Thanks for the reply. Thats a pretty sweet setup you got there. The keyboard look really cool but I'm a looker poker typist so a split keyboard will probably give me a harder time. I can imagine who better it is if I can properly type. Haha

The Shuttlepro looks awesome, did some googling and looks like a cool controller. It also works with Lightroom and Aperture too, very cool.
