    An office suite (am relying on iWork and NeoOffice)
    Adium
    Quicksilver
    Pathfinder
    Xslimmer (great for reducing the size of the applications)
    Cyberduck (for FTP)
    Yojimbo (to organize my files)
    Onyx (system maintenance)
    Carbon Copy Cloner (backup)
    iBank (financial management)
