what app would you recommend in creating image vectors?

    my goal this summer is to learn how to make image vectors. being a total newbie at this.. what apps would you recoomend that are simple yet will help me learn alot about image vectoring? thanks

    Adobe Streamline is an image-vector conversion program.

    try adobe illustrator. used in the industry, better to start learning here so you can apply everything you've learned for work. :)

    I agree, this app is an industry standard, right tools for your workflow. When in Illustrator CS2, try Live Trace, Object > Live Trace. This will convert your image file into vector artwork, given your specific option settings.

    Google "Arthur Mount", just so you know more about Vector art.

    Despite being 4 years old, Freehand MX still performs well even while running under Rosetta.
