    i agree, vlc could be the last media player you'll ever need. plays almost every single file type. haha! :D

    Yup, the best thing I like about it, in addition to the fact that it'll play pretty much any file format is that you can turn up the volume WAY WAY up. Something that needs external speakers using QT, you just turn the volume up to 300-400% on VLC

    I'm all set with 0.9.2 now. I hope I won't experience anything... I was previously on 0.8.6f, was that like the last before this one?

    thanks a bunch for the update!! I did not know that this software existed on Mac. Been using this player abck in Windows.. lol.. anyway i will download this asap. one of the best video players that I have used eversince

    i reverted to 0.8.6h. i'm on ibook g4. for some weird reason, the display isnt showing on the latest upgrade... even if i set the preferences right (or so i think). hmm.

    now back on 0.8.6h and no problems. :)
