Uninstall problem

    Hello,

    I had a question regarding uninstall since I'm brand new to Mac... and on this forum ;-)


    I installed Capture NX and try to uninstall it but get an error regarding the AppleScript -I saw an explanation in the Capture NX topic.

    However, my question is: where is located the uninstallation file they talk about ?

    just click and drag the program icon to the trash can, and that's it. installation complete.

    or you can use appdelete
    deletes the application and associated files from the system.

    Make sure to delete the package also on 'MacintoshHD/Library/Receipt. Look also on application support on Macintosh HD for more file related to the software.

    You can use CleanApp....it's a nice program.. it removes even the subfiles and uninstall completely...it keeps track of all folders and files being created by programs during their installation and normal operation.

    Or an Appzapper...

    It's available OL as a shareware..if u need a serial number you can find it at KCNscrew or SerialSeeker... =p

    I prefer AppCleaner for this purpose.
