I have been experiencing unexpected quits from my applications. First it was from Office X apps. But now Safari and iMovie are also qutting without warning. This is getting to be really frustrating. Besides, I am suddenly reminded of my pre-mac days. Horrifying.

What could be the reason for this? And how do I prevent this from happening?

(I did the search but there does not seem to be a thread about this. If this has been discussed before, my sincere apologies.)
