I have a hisense 4K 43" TV too. Xbox One S Detects it as 4K HDR capable and adjusts accordingly, same with Apple TV. What model are your referring to exactly? They also use "series" to segment their TVs and features.

IMO, its the best bang for buck TV that I got, PHP10k at Amazon Black Friday sale, and has been in use since March of this year. So far so good. I paired it with a SONOS 5.1 system though since the speaker quality is lacking.

So, what HD cable service looks good on your 4K TVs?

With all things being expensive in NZ, I can’t afford an OLED TV so I just settled for an HDR capable TCL TV. Not OLED but at least with HDR10. The more sikat brands are a grand more expensive so nope. :)) What a jump from our non-HDR 4K.

I believe more and better models are being sold in the Philippines... if you need a cheap TV, then this brand is what you need.

My old fhd LG tv has been having issues now. The backlight sometimes doesn’t turn back on when it switches to a plain black picture but it’s still useable (read it’s probably a power supply issue). I’m not going to replace it until I can afford the new sony oled tv. Hahah

I am new here. Looking for advice which to choose between TVs.

-I will use for PS4 (probably upgrade to ps4 pro in 3-5years)

    -Netflix

Edit: Viewing distance is 14-15 feet

    My coices are:
-LG 4k uhd 55uj632t (my concern is it uses RGBW instead of RGB)

-Samsung 4k uhd 55Mu6100 (I’ve never had a Samsung TV before)
-Sony 4k uhd 55 x7007e (i think this is a bit more expensive than LG and Samsung)

-LG Full HD OLED 55eg9a7t. (Wow, but is it worth spending Php65,000 for a full hd OLED?)

Which do you think is the best choice in terms of being future proof, quality, and price-wise.

    Thanks!

do you really need the 55" size? or are you willing to go a bit smaller for better picture quality? you might want to consider Sony X8000E as that has a true 10-bit panel (Trilluminous Display) compared to the 7000's 8-bit panel. better HDR but more expensive (or smaller size, to offset the price difference)

Hi, I forgot to mention viewing distance is 14-15feet, that is why i am looking at a 55inch replacement for my current 42inch.

Try sUHD from samsung. I have the ks7000 and the black levels are very comparable to oled. since its localized dimming for the led backlights.

If you're going to use it for long periods. like your main tv and entertainment setup. better go with led/lcd since oled has a lower lifespan.

QLED and sUHD from samsung have great panels. didn't like what lg offers at the monent with their lcd lineup. but got to love the colors of their oled! those panels are to die for!

I have the samsung 55MU8000. i use it in my room for my PS4 pro, Plex, and Netflix. I also bought a samsung sound bar that you can connect to the TV wirelessly and control via its remote. The remote of the TV can control multiple devices (e.g. apple tv, PS4, fire stick) as long as it's connected to the hub. It also has one connect where all the video and audio inputs are in one hub.

I've had it for almost 3 months already and I'm happy with it.
