    hi

was hoping to get some advice...
my sister's itunes is sick. haha.
she noticed the other day na biglang naging clear yung itunes niya... as in it works-- the songs and layout come out-- BUT wala siyang background.. as in no gray background. it looks like a bunch of text over the desktop which can be both confusing and annoying.
she uses a pc. she tried to search over the net for ways and means to fix it pero nothing works daw...

has anyone experienced something like this before? how can we fix it?

    thanks!
    nat

did she try reinstalling iTunes? Back-up the library first.

Happened to me too. The iTunes software does not use standard Windows UI routines, so non-standard layouts like custom system font sizes and WindowBlinds' enabled custom controls mars its looks.

Try disabling some UI customization tools (like WindowBlinds), or if you dont have it (like i do), just like rdy0329 suggested, do some minimizing and maximizing, or resizing or moving of windows. Or try restarting iTunes itself or even restarting your machine. It's Windows. Weird things happen when you're using it. :)

hello guys! Minimizing and maximizing doesn't work at all. she's tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updated video drivers and downloaded the latest directx program. nothing works at all.

    any new suggestions?
