In System Preferences->Trackpad, make sure this is checked:

"For secondary clicks, place two fingers on the trackpad then click the button"

Another way: while pressing <Control> button, tap the trackpad or press its button. This transforms the Left Click to a Right Click.

depends on the model of your Mac. Newer ones do if you allow it in the control panel.
