It might like Hotels or Airlines we use our own rate and not the official rate but we deemed acceptable.

Yes this is true, i once purchased an iPod Nano from amazon US store and the conversion rate was just way bigger than the normal rates. (i.e. 44 was used when 43 or 42.XX was the rate)

but even with the huge rate. it was still cheaper than getting the unit here. :D

    Just to inform everyone.
My pebble just cannot boot anymore.
    Continous boot loop.
Pebble tech guy give me some instruction to recover, but to no availble.
Maybe 1 week, informed me to rma my watch and ask me to fill up the rma form.
After 1 week my new pebble arrive.
So, very nice customer satisfaction given by pebble.

Good to know. My Pebble will be arriving today and I am very excited! Hopefully it looks okay on my small wrist given that the watch is over 50mm. Thinking about getting a few Zulu straps to go with it.

    ^Very good news from Pebble!

    Installed the following Watchapps:
    - 7 minute workout
    - Glance - I like how you could get weather, send standard SMS, see calendar events, access MusicBoss and change faces with different details
    - Notifications - can select apps from my phone that I want notifications from
    - Music Boss - so I can control and switch between Sirius and Pandora
    - Utilities - tip calculator, control camera, page my phone if I misplace it, access photos
    - Pebble Dialer - to use with my BT headset do I dont always have to take out my phone
    - Phone Ringer - changes phone profiles

It's very light and comfortable on the wrist despite the size. I like that I don't have to wake up to my (sometimes jarring) phone alarm in the morning (that wakes other people up)and I could wake up to the Pebble vibrating silently on my wrist instead. Havent been this thrilled about a gadget in a long time :)

why Pebble is the best SmartWatch?

only 1 reason, its here NOW, and it works.

everything else is bubbles and dreams, when any become reality, then we should have Pebble 2.0 on our wrists

I've looked at other smart watches (Martian, Sony) before deciding on getting the Pebble. I can see why the Pebble is one of the best (for me it is) smart watches: Minimalist and unique design, lightweight, good battery life, availability of apps and what I like best about it.. Water resistance. Does the job well as far as a companion (vs. replace) to a smart phone.

They really should go anywhere from P6k to P6.5k, but factor in shipping costs and taxes, you could go as high as P7.5k. Plus some profit for the seller, I guess P8k is reasonable enough. You can check out the Philmug Marketplace, there are a couple of them selling for P9k each.
