usually same SRP with online Apple PH
it will be 2nd week or 3rd week.
Just a question/confirmation. iPad warranties are global right? except for iPhone which warranty is only covered by country of origin?
I don't know if I can hold and wait for my HK trip late this year or buy it as soon at it comes out in PH. In case I see some nasty dead pixels or defects that would warrant a replacement, would I be able to claim for warranty if the unit is from HK?
yes iPads have global warranty.
Got my WIFI 512GB yesterday. Purchase from Hawaii and hand-carried by our business partner from that location. Price was just short of P50K using $1HP50 conversion. Happy kid here.
Anybody seen cases around? I would like to get some protection for it. I ordered 3 cases from AliExpress but it will take almost a month before it will arrive.
kindly pm me too the details. tia
Can you also PM the details to me? I've been obsessively researching online as to their release date here. This was the most promising lead I've found. Thanks!
Can't wait for local release so got these from HK instead. Apple sure knows how to milk their design language and yet in many ways, it feels "newer". I'll chalk it up to the smaller bezels. The display is A+ but not as mind blowing as some tech bloggers are making it out to be.
I saw that Widget City is selling them here now. Is Widget City reliable?
Those units are also from HK with aroundPHP2,000 mark up give or take (still cheaper than PH prices by Apple).
I saw posts online about how Widget City repacks gadgets or sells Class A gadgets. Would anyone know if this is true? Is Widget City a good/bad place to buy the iPad Pro?
If you don't know how to differentiate a real Apple device from a "class A" one, I suggest just wait until its available from our local retailers very soon. I doubt widget city would do such a thing though. as always, caveat emptor.
When it comes to defects/repairs, iPads have international warranty so you can just hop over to any Powermac or BTB service centers and have it fixed (yes, even if you buy from widget city or US/HK/JP).
Thanks!! Any tips on how to differentiate a Class A iPad pro from an original?
can i also ask what store in GH ? tnx
totoo ba? may class A talaga?
May class a na ipad pro? Pretty sure its one of those generic tablets and If u have had apple products before, you could spot quickly that its a fake, apple hardware are top notch... nyway for the sake of discussion that there exists something out there that looks like an ipad pro (which i doubt) just enter your apple id at the app store to make sure its legit. Or go to apple music, i doubt they managed to "clone" apple music... also chek out other builtin apps by apple, very easy to spot
Agree on this one, highly doubt an ipad pro clone or class a is out there, but if you cant differentiate, better wait for official release
The thinner bezels really make a difference bro, side by side with my ipad pro 9.7, it felt like the 9.7 clearly shows its age, those thin bezels really does look good... it actially resembles that of the ipad mini with its thin bezels
Yup, available sa online apple store. Was calling BTB and IStudio though and they don't have units yet. Sayang din yung 0% installment. Hehe.
