I ordered this metal bumper case that had a tempered glass window in the back from Shopee. But while waiting went for a slim TPU case from Laut.

Kinda don't want to use the big heavy bumper I ordered anymore because the slim TPU spoiled me so much. Maybe for special occassions only

Looks good! Where did you get it sir? I have some experience with Skinomis on my gadgets (iPhone 6s, two 3DS’s, PS Vita) and it does require a fair amount of work, hahaha.

I got what I paid for I guess (less than 500). It's a hard PC case, with aluminium bumpers you screw in. Not sure if that helps protect much since the only cushioning your phone has is a couple of rubber pads inside the corners. The "tempered glass" back is a nice touch. I was kinda hoping to find a "cheap" version of the full aluminum GILD Design cases they have in Japan, but I guess not.

Between the overall weight and size, I'll probably just use it when I need to show off. I already think the X is quite big coming from an SE, and the additional size from these bulky cases just turn me off them for everyday use.

The merchant was called "feiersite.ph", shipped from China. A week's wait total.

Ordered it online on bse’s website then has it shipped via Shippingcart. Not adviceable to have a slin plus case. My skin is started to peel around the corner when I put on a case.

Copped an Otterbox Symmetry case after ditching the leather iPhone case...just not too tough for the long haul so gone to something tougher...

^Rex, haha I’m going to the opposite route naman. Ditching the Otterbox (and Speck Presidio) for an Apple Leather or Silicone case. Parang I feel sayang the slim form factor of the iPhone X.

Ive been using the apple leather case since Dec 1, no scratches yet on the bottom part for me. I like the apple cases because in my opinion they’re super elegant and complements the design of the X very well.

Thanks - I bookmarked your recommendation and got this, the iDEAL folio case, in brown. I compared it with the Nomad and Apple folio cases and I prefer the iDEAL. One feature that I found important: it has a slot for the speaker, so that you can talk with the case closed. The fact that you can take out the slim case is also neat.

I like Apple cases cause they are very sleek and fits the phone well. It still looks good, color doesn't fade and the bottom part of my phone has little scratches. Barely noticeable.

Wow! Is this authentic x-doria cases? They sold the x-doria defense shield to you way cheaper than amazon’s price.

Currently using a Xundd Beetle Series case for my X. 239 bucks (299 now i think) from Shopee and it's worth it hehe

But still waiting for Magpul to release one for the X

Gone were the days when I used to spend thousands for cases (Element)

Sorry for the gross image but I would like to share that the Apple case saved my iPhone X when I took a bad fall last weekend. I had the front screen replaced last month when my naked iPhone fell from a height of 7 ft and it cost me 16K thereabouts. So sabi ko kailangan ko magcase, I became a case convert. Hehe. And then this happened. Medyo prone lang sa accidents lately. Looking for a tougher case now because a couple thousands is better than shelling out another 16K++. Haha!

Ouch, that looks painful. Is that the Apple leather case?

The 16k replacement was painful as well haha - was that the official repair pricing from Apple?
