Is this eligible for warranty in BTB? This is from my 5s bought in January.

^ I hate how fragile these cables are :( Anyway, repaired mine with masking tape + those cheap plastic wrap-around cord protector (15php/pop in Guadalupe Tiangge!);)

They will decline it for warranty because the cable has peeled off. Even QCD will not replace it.

My wife has an iPhone 5S, issued by Globe.

The issue is that when she is on E (Edge) or 3G, she can't connect to the internet, but when it's LTE, she's connected to the internet.

We've done the usual (reset, hard reset, reset network settings, take out the SIM, called Globe), no dice.

My question is, is this a Globe problem, or is it a handset problem? I'm assuming it's Globe related, right?

Same experience here. Globe Iphone 5s. When it's on Edge (E) I can't connect even with just text based messaging app. With 3G it's slow most of the time. I get LTE connection in my place of work but I am 100% sure I'm not getting LTE speeds even if my data use is still with cap.
