    Found a nice read on the why Quark, makers of the once dominant QuarkXpress page-layout software, fell from grace among mac users and professionals. Also makes hints on the Apple skew of things on the issue. Here's an excerpt...

    A little warning, some of the author's comments are rather too opinionated and do come out as racist, but it is also nice to peruse the reader's comments, especially the ones near the end of the page...
