    Hi
I am wondering how Arel and some other Muggers are able to render their actual portraits into a "cartoony" image in their posts. Do you guuys mind teaching me that technique? Thanks!

Those are vector drawings done in either Macromedia Freehand or Adobe Illustrator, these softwares are specialized in vector artworks. You have to learn the basics of nodes and outlining techniques to those vector portraits. :)
