Sous Vide Cooking

    interesting to see people being interested in sous vide!

    curious question then - am planning to do a week's meal prep using a sous vide cooker - the idea being that i chill/freeze the cooked food after heating, and finishing and/or serving right out as we eat them. and, i am looking to adapt Filipino dishes with the technique. happy to hear of any thoughts and advice (assuming anyone has done these before)!
