Hey guys, I've wanted to upgrade my OS from Leopard to SL, I've read around about CS3 not being supported and the crashing with certain fonts. I am aware that there are fixes on 10.6.2. But my question is for those using CS3 on Snow Leopard, are there still any problems? I really don't feel like getting CS4 any time soon and would rather stick with Leopard if CS3 is still buggy on SL.

Why don't you try updating your CS3 instead? Or it could be your font manager. My cousin's CS3 is fine on SL.

Oh, I don't have SL yet. But I just wanted a little tally if anyone encountered problems with CS3. If I don't hear anything wrong I'll be updating asap.

CS3 in SL is fine. it's just after effects v.8 (cs3) that has issues. i believe adobe is not doing anything about AE cs3 for the new operating system. i downgraded to leopard because AE is my priority.

In our office Adobe CS3 works fine in Snow Leopard but I went back to Leopard. I still prefer using Leopard and will wait for further updates on SL. If I recall it right, I think Adobe announced it will only fix bugs starting with CS4 onwards for SL usage. I could not recall the link where I read it
