Yikes! So does this mean that with the sunsetting of SMART's GIGA plans, line-only plans will no longer be offered under their new direction? I have plans (no pun intended) to upgrade my grandmum's line (she's presently using SMART's old 250 line-only plan w/ 100 MB data initially intended for the purpose of being able to see her location at any given time using Find My Friends) because lately she's been utilising more of her phone line and that also means getting overcharged for any subsequent data usage. My only curiosity at this point is: how exactly is the credit limit enforced? I kept it at 500 but she keeps getting unbilled charges of upwards 1,000. Isn't it the purpose of the credit limit to prevent any of this from happening or is this actually a case of misinterpretation on my part? Either way, I sincerely hope they will continue offering line-only plans because she has no desire of possessing a phone that's locked to a particular carrier.
