E5372 ang nabili kong unit. i have no idea on other devices. pero i think its worth it. naubos ko na yung free globe sim, but didnt get 4g here at our place at greenland. just tried smart, no 4g signal based on the coverage area but when i place my unit sa window ledge, im getting 4g. around 5-8mbps, not that fast pero, i guess its good since im not inside the metro what does lte cap mean btw? i read kasi like for lte 299, it has 7 days unlimited? di ko gets yung lte cap and unlimited.
i agree that smart LTE now is way too slow, around 70-80% slower than before. The same tactics that globe did before when they are starting to offer their LTE.
Any explanation on this guys. 3 of my friends using smart pocket wifi lte shares same experience of slow internet but they have 4G connection status
Same here. 4G signal bar is full on my Huawei e5776. Location is Maginhawa, Quezon City. Speedtest result shows otherwise, though.
My smart lte prepaid got its data back. It turns out my sim got blocked. There's a fix for it after searching on different forums.
Happened to me twice last week and called Smart to re-align my LTE registration. Though I am not sure the fix he's saying. Anyway, here's the latest result of my speedtest using pldt.speedtest.net server. I'm on LTE 50 today. That's LTE. Long Term Edge.
I logged in to my Smart account and then went to the sim services and deactivated the roaming feature. After that I got my data connection back, however no LTE as of yet. I'll call later to get back my LTE. Btw, I'm subscribed to LTE 995 and I have only consumed about 4gb in 3 days. Most of my usage was because of NBA League Pass, Spotify, and Waze. Last month my usage was around 14gb, that's because I used my iPad as a personal hotspot. I never used it with torrents.
@kinse_44 I got LTE when I turned Aeroplane mode on and off. I hope that works for you next time. I have let go of my Freedom and Prepaid accounts because of the frequent usage blocking. I have not experienced being cut off using All In 500
Here's something interesting... I mistakenly stuck a Globe SIM into a Smart LTE MobileWiFi... It worked... Didn't know Smart's unit was openline considering they took the time to lock thr username as SMARTBRO...
hi guys i'm thinking of downgrading my plan to unli plan 999 or all in plan 1200 which is better in terms of data capping? btw my current plan is lte plan 1500 and my contract is almost up.
Not a fan of these portable wireless internet services but need to get one out of necessity. Need to upload tons of high res photos and documents through email, flicker, and Facebook for work. Kamusta naman ang upload speeds and reliability? Many thanks guys!
