2nd question says click this link on the poster, But you already provided the list of stores so that answers my question.
Not a good move for them to unlock the physical sim of their phones. 99% of users still use a physical sim. It won't guarantee that the unit will be used with a Smart sim.
Pero kung naka ESim ka, locked pa rin phone mo essentially. They sell other dual sim units na openline naman din yung sim2
Great. Must visit their store soon but since its been months since I last used my prepaid globe, baka di ko na din need. Anyway my line is already call all you can to other networks
I just got my Esim from the smart store at SM Taytay. The agent said it was their first time processing an esim application. They were able to set it up with my iphone 12 but i still cant get service. Im still getting service from my physical sim. Anyone there who got it working?
Nice let me know how it goes. Would like to process my 2 lines. To use both gomo on the physical sims.
I asked the infinity hotline and they don’t have any idea on this. Infinity relationship manager did not even bother informing me despite my request for esim prior. Kung hindi lang mahina signal ng Globe sa workplace ko lumipat na ako.
Went to Smart at SM North last Saturday also. They said they have them on hand naman na daw but no one's asked for it to be processed daw so they'll try muna with one of their employees. If it works, saka nila lelet to process to their subs. Well, hindi gumana so tatawagan nalang daw ako pag ok na hahahha
Update lang. gumana na ang esim sa phone ko. Gumagana rin ung 5g hehe. Napagana na ni agent, nagkamali lang siya sa pagprocess last time.
Was able to get mine processed today at Smart Tower. Hahaha mejo low budget lang ang QR code naka print lang sa papel but I’m sure they’ll have better packaging when it gets rolled out to more stores.
Is the QR transferrable to a new device? Globe doesn't allow reuse to a new device for the qr. Seems a big waste for the qr card.
Not sure lang, didn’t ask that since I’m totaly new to the whole eSIM thing. Which begs the question: why wouldn’t it be transferrable to a new device?
Would they cater existing postpaid lines to esim? The poster that was posted states it's for new applications/renewal only.
