JFYI for those on previous plans who recently switched to the Signature plan, you need to unlink and link your account on the myPLDT Smart app to show the appropriate Add-Ons for your plan. Otherwise, you won’t be able to successfully add up data, call, or text.
I will try to test this one. I believe I already did but it’s usually a combination of this, off cellular data, and reset network settings that restores my data connection.

Hi. Can you confirm that a Globe postpaid eSim plus a Smart physical sim will work on an iPhone issued by Smart? This is quite an expensive experiment if we try it on our own, considering that we need to buy a phone and lock ourselves for 24 months. But if you (or know someone) who can confirm this will work, then we might consider getting one. Thanks in advance.

Hello, glad I found this thread. How do we utilize our MVP rewards? Before it was only called simply "rewards" and I was able to redeem points for payment rebates. Ever since it was changed to MVP rewards, it got confusing. Then recently, I realized that we can only redeem using "stars" earned, not the "pesos" earned.
