    went to SM Muntinlupa and I was processed pretty fast. it was a PLDT and Smart business center and most of the client ahead of me were for PLDT concerns. my renewal took about 15 to 20 minutes and was asked if I want to pay for the cash out or charge-to-bill. I still have one payment due for my iPhone X 1799 plan (ending on December).

    ^ so the prices appear to be the same as last year. so a little chit chat with the one who processesed our retention: most of the applications they processed got the green one, no freebies but there could be a freebie of a free handset upgrade for lucky customers (not sure if its true though so dont get you hopes that high hehe) so in the event that its true, if you get the 256G pro Max, you get the 512G for the same price....if its true then can someone confirm it please?

    Im bit confused with the midnight green :( hoping to change it to white or gold

    mid night doesn’t look classy imo compred to white/gold/black

    i might be wrong haven’t seen one personally

    Can I use Globe e-sim for a Smart locked unit, since they dont have e-sim?

    i think both networks haven't offered any e-sims yet.

    Done with the pre-order via store in Shangri-La mall. No guarantees if I will get my unit on the 25th. It’s frustrating given at the GLOBE thread, a follow up call is done to confirm pick-up schedules. I haven’t received any calls since Friday.

    Globe offers e-sim for postpaid clients. Im currently using an e-sim from Globe here in the PH.

    No lines in Smart SM Aura. I tried to apply for a retention plan and got approved. I will have to wait for their confirmation on the 25th once my device is ready for pick up.

    2 days left and still no confirmation from Smart if I can pick up my unit on Friday.

    anybody who pre-ordered from smart and got confirmation on delivery/pick up date?

    it will work provided you have to insert a smart sim.
