AFAIK, downgrade is not possible if you are still within the contract. Better to wait for the contract expires

    yeah .. didnt allow nga.

on a lighter note, I was contemplating on having discontinued due to almost no data coverage in my new place; but upon reporting it, a couple of days later their infinity team got in touch with me on location information, another day after, LTE was up in my area and speed was around 5mps. So I am sort of okay na din in keeping it.

Any Smart All in plan from 500 - 2500, max bill (ABS) of 2500php data only.

Smart data is getting better with their network upgrade.

Currently at globe lifestyle plan 999 Max of 1500 data bill... But globe is getting slower at least in my area (Manila city)... Thanks for the four (4) years, quite a bargain for unli data.

I'm on iPhone Xs Max under SMART. Do you guys experience being disconnected to LTE intermittently?

You can perform a network reset and see if that would fix your issue. If not, you can call Smart hotline to check if your account is properly provisioned.

I called Smart hotline last week because I’ve been having the same issue. They me told that they need to upgrade the cell site in our area because it can no longer keep up with the number of subscribers trying to connect. Sad thing is that they can’t give me a timeline when it will be fixed since it will require them to setup a new cellsite.

I have been commenting to their FB posts about eSIM and was repeatedly told they have no news about it.

I did call them and they told me to do all the network reset possible. Didn't work so still stuck with this issue. Feeling lazy calling Smart again to no hope they can fix the issue. I haven't heard anything about the cell site issue you've mentioned tho'. I live in Pasig, it's a dense area so we might be sharing the same problem, maybe?
