HI where did you buy the wireless charging pad? thanks
They’re available in all Mi stores. Gateway, Trinoma, Market Market to name a few
Which power strip did you get? Did they have one with US sockets?
This Mi itch is getting out of hand, I'm now seriously considering on getting an Air Purifier Pro and those 360 home security cameras. Argh.
Thanks! That model gets sold really fast.
How is the after sales support of Xiaomi? Is it any good for those who availed?
Their power strip is perfect as I don’t have to put an adapter to use it. China and Aus/NZ have the same power plug
Definitely not Apple like after sales service based on multiple Xiaomi user groups. But not bad either.
I have multiple Xiaomi products. Was lucky enough all of those products are still working fine even after years of use, so I can personally attest that Xiaomi have quality products indeed.
i have this... too bad its not a smart...
have some cameras different models
smart plug but generic smarts seems better as you can manually turn off/on with a physical button.
S6 vacuum robot. upgrade from the 1st gen.
btw, found out Yi www.Yitechnology.com is different from Xiaomi’s Mi
Thanks, planning to order their robot vacuum.
Definitely NOT. One of my yeelights started acting up (part of the green led bulb flickers) and I was asked to go to their service center in Greenhills area to get it checked and leave the item; then when I got the greenlight for a replacement (through sms), I have to get the “technician’s slip” from that greenhills place, then present the slip to the store where I bought the item (Trinoma).
They can’t accept faulty items in their stores, only through service centers where you have to travel to get to.
It’s just too much hassle esp since I’m always busy at BGC. If only I didn’t shell out 900 pesos for a light bulb, I’d let it slide. But no, it’s a 900 peso light bulb and I expect it to work as advertised.
I’m sure I just got a lemon, but yeah, those people at their service centers are a pain in the arse to deal with. I was talking to the lady at the desk as most of the time she was just scrolling through her facebook feed while I was talking to her.
This is not just limited to Xiaomi products fyi.
Based on personal experiences, getting warranty from other brands are not hustle-free too.
So, if you're used to Apple after-sales warranty, don't go for brands not named Apple.
So, I always tell to my friends to get their units from HK. During sale, the price difference between Xiaomi Ph and the HK prices are between P2K-P10K.
That's true, but man, those people behind their local customer service seem so half hearted with everything they do. Got the yeelight replaced. All good now.
To yeelight users here, have you gotten yours to work using HomeKit? It says that there's support, but whenever I click the "add to HomeKit" button (via Mi Home app), nothing happens. Odd.
quick charge wireless charger
Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus (4GB+64GB) PC Tablet 10.1" Snapdragon 660
for php 10.8k (net of discount)
Is this worth buying? any feedback will be highly appreciated.
If you own a BDO Visa, I repeat BDO Visa credit card, head over over to Lazada right now and collect P400-P800 discount vouchers, plus another 20% discount using your BDO Visa as your of payment for the Xiaomi phones on sale.
RedMi Note 7 32 GB would be just P6,000+ right now.
happy with xiaomi warranty. i think before when there was no official distributor it was crappy but this past 2 years everything is great!
any tried to link their mi 360 security cam to alexa or google assistant? what does it do?
