I had a box shipped for items received before lockdown happened all over the world around April 22 and I received it -- delivered straight to my doorstep -- by the week of May 4.

Hi, planning to buy apple watch and a laptop from Amazon then use shipping cart to deliver here. I have been using shipping cart for other items like shoes but haven’t really tried it with gadgets. Will it be safe kaya? Is there anyone here who tried doing this and got their gadgets with no issues?

I bought a Macbook Air from Amazon and used Shipping Cart to bring it here. No issues with it when it arrived.

MyUS can purchase it for you then ship it here. I think MyUS is a US company. There's also Johnny Air who can also purchase it then ship it here. Johnny Air is a PH company.

Those who used shipingcart recently. How was your experience? How long did it take from the seller’s delivery to shippingcart, to shippingcart’s to your address? Thank you!

Seller shipped my items april 30, shippingcart notified me May 7 saying they received the items. Items appeared in my cart May 15 then paid it for shipment on the same day. Today I received the items here in Pampanga. This is air cargo btw.

Guess I have to give them 3 to 4 weeks from the date they gave notification that they received the item. I just got an email confirmation from then that they received my items.

Looks like the max 9 days TAT of uploading items to your cart that Shippingcart mentioned is not being met. Based on their last update they are at least 11 days behind in processing items. And they even mentioned to expect further delays this week. I guess I really just need to patiently wait.

I also have some items that will be shipped directly from Amazon, but it’s been a week now and Amazon still haven’t shipped them. The ETA of the items is June 29. Let’s see which items would arrive here first. Hehehe

Mm....have been waiting for a package shipped thru JAC NY. Received March 3. Still no confirmation from JAC Makati. Delay understandable but I was hoping for some normalcy in shipping now that GCQ is in effect. Frustrating.

latest chat exchange with shipping cart regarding my FU, this was yesterday night...

"We are sorry the listing has not been updated yet. We truly apologize for this, the surge in volume coupled with Shelter-in-Place lockdown restrictions in California has affected our manpower and operations heavily.

Our Warehouse Ops Team is currently processing items we received between May 22, PST. For more information about the delay in processing, you may refer to the message from our Founder and our President - https://www.shippingcart.com/covid19-response."

hi guys I recently bought a Surface Pro 7 at Amazon then had it shipped here via Kango Express. Unfortunately when I received the item it was a Surface Pro 4 :( now I have to ship out the item back to Amazon to get a replacement. I talked to Kango Express and they said they only have inbound. Has anyone tried sending back an item to Amazon and if so what service did you use (and how was the charges) ? Thanks...

I suggest to just use a reliable courier like LBC, etc. and insist to Amazon that they should shoulder the shipping fee since it isn’t your fault that they shipped a wrong item. Most often than not Amazon would side with the customer. You can send them the receipt of the shipping fee and request to refund that amount.

Yeah. You should coordinate with Amazon first. And maybe you could get lucky. I've read posts by others that even before they sent the wrong item back to Amazon, Amazon already shipped the replacement item.

Mm...LBC is trackable so it is a good option. Fedex is what I always use for shipping to the US for high-value items like the 4k usd focal utopia headphones I sent back to North Carolina for replacement as it became defective within the warranty period.

Do so only once Amazon gives you the go signal to shipback.

    So, fedex it.

I have an instance which Amazon just said to not bother sending the the defective item and they will just ship the replacement after I said I wouldn’t pay for the shipping. And another instance in which they said they asked if it’s okay to just refund me my money and I no longer need to ship back the item as well. Granting those items are less $100 in value but it’s suffice to say that Amazon is considerate towards it’s customers. I even heard that there will be instances as well in which Amazon would just ask you to destroy the defective item and just send them a picture to prove that you did then they will ship a replacement. So just smash the Surface with a hammer! Jk. Hahahaha
