They didn't give any, they just post that the items has departed US. Up to now it's still departed US status thou they have delivered it already yesterday.

That's the new definition of five days. :p Anyway, no need to really think about that. 5 days or not, doesn't really matter to us since MSB's commitment is 10-12 working days. Be thankful if your package arrives earlier than expected, but remember that it won't happen always. Same thing with delays, I think delays to delivery will not always happen, so don't lose hope on MSB. :)

It seems that MSB is getting more customers based on this thread
And based on comments, JAC is faster but pricier ü

How is the packaging of myEcasa? I included a vinyl record with my shipment. Amazon says its frustration-free packaging are reinforced to prevent bending, but I want to be sure.

If this goes well, I will just purchase all records overseas. A lot cheaper there

You've got to first register with them (just google "Johnny Air Cargo" for the website). After registering, they will send you addresses (both West & East Coast, USA) where you can send your package(s). It's all there after you register.

Another option is to call their manila number. You'll get assigned a sales agent and he'll take care of everything for you.

^ I received mine yesterday (Saturday, Jan. 17). Shipment Authorised on Jan. 7.

I used to ship my items thru JAC, I now use MSB for 2 reasons; 1. cheaper (got my free 1-year subscription from Globe), 2. MSB ships directly to our house, no need to go to megamall.

Anybody ever ordered jewelry and shipped via MSB? I ordered from Swarovski and my total chargeable shipping weight is only 2 lbs which should make my shipping cost around $12 but I'm being charged $17.

For jewelry/accessories, they charge $8.50 per pound.

    From their website:
Goods classified under Air Cargo Class 2 , may include among others, cameras, costume jewelry and other personal accessories..

From my experience, shipping charge per shoe box (Cole Haan lunargrand) is $24 to $30 (4lbs to 5lbs volume weight). If you don't mind waiting, you can consider sea shipping ($2.99 per pound).
