Hi gurus, pardon if I am on the wrong section.

So we were recently installed with fiber internet from Planet Cable - 20Mbps, I am in Laguna btw.

It’s been a while now that safari would randomly not access some sites, including philmug and some apps (e.g. FB, NBA app, Yahoo Sports, Mail App and the App Store) when I am connected to our wifi but switching to cellular data would.

I have used several gadgets already, iPX, 2 iPads, same results. Have done resetting my gadgets and turning off/on the modem as well but the problem still exists. All gadgets are running the latest OS, iOS 12.2.

What could be wrong here? Any workaround? Thanks for your inputs.

If you can try to modify the DNS on your router to use OpenDNS or Google DNS ip address. That seems like a bad DNS server of Planet Cable

Thank you for your inputs, did follow both but unfortunately it still persists. We have isolated the issue if it’s provider, router or gadget dependent, most likely the first one is the culprit.

Anyone here who is a planet cable subscriber?
