Does the same thing happen to other images? Try using PURGE.

just tried it now...the Edit>Purge isn't available for selection. at first i thought maybe it's because the file i had open was too big, so i tried opening just a small jpeg (112 kb)...i can't even crop it! "scratch disks full" parin. :wound: arrrggghhh!

Try restarting your iBook first. If the problem's still there, you can try deleting the ff. Photoshop CS preferences files:

    - com.adobe.Photoshop.plist in Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences; and
    - Adobe Photoshop CS Prefs.psp in Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop CS Settings

    Good luck! :)

You can also change the location of the scratch disk at: Photoshop>Preferences>.... & Scratch disks.

just check the numbers in the fields. If it's in inches it will have "in" after the number and if it's in pixels, it will say "px"

Dunno if this will help but you may adjust your Photoshop Image and Ram Preference higher a bit. Go to Preference under your Photoshop Menu.
