My SMART issued galaxy j7 barelyb3 months used by my wife had a crack screen. Do I bring this to SMART or direct to Samsung? Is this covered by warranty? Reason dropped the phone. Any ideas how much? Still usable but definitely cracked at middle edge right with web like cracks.
@Macmon , I would suggest to visit your favorite stall in Greenhills first. Damage due to dropping it usually is not covered by the telco or manufacturer. But I have heard of credit cards that covers an item a month or a few months if the item is lost, not sure about damaged.

Completely forgot about warranty. Yes having it fixed in Greenhills will definitely void the warranty. Probably check the price difference before going through the repair. Good luck.
