^my experience with Samsung SG was nice... It wasn't a phone... I took home some gifts... And signed a paper that I cannot talk/mention it to anyone :)

I must admit... Note 9 is making me want to go back using one.

Samsung Singapore just posted their "pre-order" promo

You get the 512GB version if you pre-order the 128GB (free upgrade)

Grabe ang laki na ng cash out. Samsung phones generally have significantly lower cash outs compared to iphone plans.

Samsung does not have a right to price their phones this expensive. Only Apple does. Hehe.

You also get a SGD100 if you preorder now. At least that was what I was told at the Samsung store in Tanpines Mall.

Succumbed to Plan 999 of Globe. Currently on a six-month sim-only contract with Globe (which will end on November 5) but they have an on-going promo waiving the pre-termination fee which I then took advantage. Opted for the 128GB Ocean Blue variant. :)

I will be upgrading from my still-capable S7 edge (MLP 999); hope the jump is worth it! :D

I wish they included the Icon X as the freebie instead of Fit2 Pro. I have no use for it.

I thought sim-only plans had no contract and you can terminate any time... well that used to be the setup a couple of years back when i inquired about it

As far as I remember there’s a six month contract for sim only plans.

Played with the Note 9 yesterday and I really wanted to buy one...

For the first time, I didn't care about Android updates! (I'm using a Nexus)

Note 9 checks all my basic needs!

    However...

Note 9 uses a Snapdragon 845 (or Exynos) - S10 will be using a better processor
Finger print reader... I really feel like the next S/Note will have something better
Camera - another feeling that we'll see a better use of the variable aperture next year

Galaxy S Series will always get the latest tech between the two.

Is PH getting Snapdragon or Exynos variant? They say this time, Snapdragon is better than Exynos on Note. I'm really tempted to pre-order from Globe (Plan 999 or 1299) even if my OnePlus 5T (very fast phone except it has a bad camera software) bought from DW is just 5 months old.
